EAST MOOR 11/7/42 . Standing by for ops. until 17.30 hrs. but then cancelled. 13 hrs. 30 min. local and nav. Trg. on N.F.T's. F/Lt. Porter and P/O Sparke both completed conversion course and now fit for nurseries. Weather:- Cloud with intermittent rain at first becoming fair with occasional showers. Vis.:- 2-4 miles but 1/3000 yds. locally at first becoming 4-8 miles later. .
12/7/42 .Ops called but scrubbed later. 5 hrs. 10 min. local flying. Weather:- Cloud with intermittent rain all day. Vis.:- 1-3 miles improving to 4-8 miles.
13/7/42 . Called for 8 main and 2 nurseries. Nurseries scrubbed later. P/O. scrubbed later as his a/c was standing by for a nursery. For details of raid see Ops. Record Book Raids No. 209 to 214.

15/7/42 . Called for ops. Main and nursery but scrubbed later. 6hrs. 50 min. local flying and air firing.
Sgt. Craft's body washed up at Gt. Yarmouth. Weather:- Again a day of showers and heavy cloud.
